As expected, the Attorney General (AG) filed their Motion to Dismiss. We expected this, and we have the appropriate and cogent response. While we are asking the Court to dismiss all County Attorney’s, we are not asking the Court to Dismiss the County Health Officers.
Please note, we are asking that the AG be held in Contempt for not following the statute so we can recoup the unnecessary costs expended for serving for every county in the state. Every donation from the public helps. Finally, we have a hearing set on Wednesday, April 7, 2021 at 9:00-12:30 in Fourth Judicial District Court in Buffalo, WY.
