We have been asked numerous times if the Gov’s announcement stops our lawsuit, or negates the allegations contained in the Petition.
The answer is a flat out NO.
Was his decision based upon the suit filed against him or has the covid situation/data hasn’t really changed?
The answer is NO and the team expected this to happen.
